

About Monica
Monica is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, GGS Certified
Pre/Postnatal Coach, GGS Certified Women's Coaching Specialist, and
an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. She is very passionate in helping
women feel strong, confident, and empowered as they navigate through
major life stages, including pregnancy, postpartum recovery, hormone
shifts, menopause, life balance, and more.
She specializes in prenatal and postpartum exercise safety, incorporating
movements that mimic those of everyday life to help build strength and
support a healthy pelvic floor. She also takes a special interest in hormonal
health and works with her clients on developing healthy eating and
lifestyle habits that support natural hormone balance and
mental/emotional health.

wellness goals, looking for prenatal/postpartum support, or experiencing
